Shipping & Fulfillment – The Fun Details

We want to get your crafty goodies to you as quickly as possible! Here’s how it works:

  • Quick ship promise: Orders placed by 12 PM ET, Monday–Friday ship the very same day.
  • After hours: Orders placed after 12 PM ET head out the next business day.
  • Friday afternoons: If you order after 12 PM ET on Friday, your package will be on its way Monday.
  • Special events & promos: During big promotions or events, please give us a little extra time—we’re working hard to get all the crafty happiness out the door!
  • Where we ship: For now, we ship within the U.S. only.
  • Shipping costs: Orders under $65 ship for just $8.95. Spend $65 or more and shipping is FREE!

Diamond Press Angel Policy

We love seeing artists bring their creativity to life! Diamond Press welcomes crafters who want to use our copyrighted images in their own handmade projects for sale. To make this possible, we grant a limited license under the following guidelines:

  1. Handmade Only
    All items for sale must be personally and individually handmade by the selling artist.
    No mass production, assembly-line work, or outsourcing to workers-for-hire is allowed.
    Digital projects must also be created personally by the artist.
  2. No Limits on Quantity
    You may sell as many handmade or digitally created items as you like, as long as they follow these rules.
  3. Where You Can Sell
    Handmade or digital projects may be sold in stores (retail or consignment), at craft fairs, online shops, or community fundraisers.
    Sellers must make it clear that the items are handmade by the artist, not produced by Diamond Press.
    You may say that your supplies came from Diamond Press, but you cannot use the Diamond Press logo to market or promote your items.
  4. Logos & Trademarks
    Our images may not be used to create company logos or trademarks.
  5. No Digital Resale
    Digital files of any type that contain Diamond Press images cannot be sold.
  6. Follow Local Laws
    Sellers are responsible for following all state and local business, licensing, and tax requirements.
  7. Responsibility & Liability
    By participating in this policy, sellers take full responsibility for their work and agree to indemnify Diamond Press against any disputes or claims that may arise.
  8. Legal Notice
    Diamond Press is a Utah corporation, and this policy is governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
    Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Utah state and federal courts.
    Our failure to enforce a right under this policy does not mean we waive that right.
