NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A PURCHASE OR DONATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The Diamond Press Gives Back Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by SRW Enterprises Inc., doing business as Diamond Press (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on December 16th at 5:00 PM Mountain Time and ends on: December 21 at 11:59 PM Mountain Time

(“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

There are two (2) ways to enter, and both methods provide equal odds of winning.

A. Donation Entry (Optional)

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may receive one (1) entry by making a $5 donation through the official Diamond Press Gives Back donation product available at www.mydiamondpress.com.

  100% of proceeds collected through donation entries will be donated to The DOVE Center
  

B. FREE Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without making a donation, mail a handwritten 3x5 card including your:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than December 21 and received by December 28. Each valid mail-in entry equals one (1) entry.

5. Entry Limits

Limit one (1) entry per person per entry method per day during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to enter using multiple identities or fraudulent methods.

6. Prizes

Five (5) winners will each receive:

  One (1) Diamond Press prize package
  
• 
  Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $200 each
  

Total ARV of all prizes: $1,000

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about December 27th from all eligible entries received.

Winners will be notified via email and/or phone. If a selected winner does not respond within 72 hours, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

9. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with prize receipt.

10. Charity Disclaimer

The DOVE Center is not a sponsor of, affiliated with, or responsible for this Sweepstakes. Sponsor will donate 100% of proceeds collected from donation entries to The DOVE Center within 30 days following the close of the Sweepstakes.

11. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

12. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

13. Governing Law

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
